  20. If a Force Majeure event causing delay continues for more than Thirty (30) days, we may terminate this Agreement by giving at least Seven (7) days Notice to you. “Force Majeure” means any act, circumstance or omission over which we could not reasonably have exercised control.
  21. Cancellation of a paid course – You may cancel or change your booking up to fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of your booked course without attracting a cancellation fee. Cancellation fourteen (14) days to eight (8) days prior to the start date of your booked course will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation seven (7) days or less prior to the start date of your course will attract 100% cancellation fee.
  22. Our Terms and Conditions of Participating in a Course also form part of this Terms of Use document. You must agree to those Terms and Conditions to book and participate in one of our courses.
